I work with people and organizations who want to lead consciously, courageously, and with impact. Through mentoring and training, I help leaders and teams make leadership practical — grounded in everyday work, relationships, and responsibility.

I bring over 20 years of experience in business and people management — from small local teams to international operations. I’ve seen how culture, communication, and leadership shape performance, motivation, and trust.

And I know that theory alone doesn’t work — people do.

That’s why my programs and trainings go beyond models and frameworks.
