We begin with a no-obligation conversation to explore your aspirations, challenges, and goals — and to see how I can best support you.

It’s a space to get to know each other and decide whether we’re the right fit for this journey.

From there, we’ll embark on a journey of reflection, practice, and growth — combining knowledge, self-awareness, and hands-on application in your real environment.
I’ll guide and challenge you, but you’ll be the one doing the real work — because that’s where transformation happens.

Once we agree on the direction, we’ll formalize our collaboration with a simple Mentor–Mentee agreement and define clear, actionable objectives.
